Review: Fast Hair Straightener Brush

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this brush but I’m so glad I did. It worked even better than my expectation. I ordered the fast hair straightener brush online thru Ms. Mitch Uy. It costs Php 550.00 and you can pick it up directly at their shop. They also ship via JRS Express. Here’s the link: MITCH UY

Inside the box is the instruction manual and the straightener. The brush has an LED display with a ( + ) and ( - ) button to let you adjust the temperature according to your liking. It’s much easier to handle than a regular straightener.

Before anything else, your hair must be completely dry before using the brush. If you have curly or thick hair, it’s better to section your hair and let the brush do the work. In my case, I have frizzy hair that is hard to style and control so I have to continuously brush to get it straight. To be honest, I absolutely loved the result. It looks like I just blow-dried my hair giving it additional volume. After using the brush it straightened my hair leaving it soft and shiny. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quicker way to straighten their hair.

PROS
1. It doesn’t give off a burning smell that flat irons sometimes give off.
2. Heats up pretty quickly.
3. Multiple temperature to choose from.
4. Auto shut-off after 60 minutes.

CONS
1. Larger than a regular brush and heavier.
2. Placement of the temperature control buttons is a bit off on my part since I accidentally press it while using.

REMINDER
1. Be careful as it may burn your hand.
2. Keep away from children.

This magical brush isn’t a miracle brush but it does saves time. For the price you pay it’s definitely worth the hassle.

Good luck on having straight hair the easy way like I do!

Baby's Day Out at Kidzoona SM Angono

I’ve been hearing a lot of raves about Kidzoona so we decided to go there last week. We went to Kidzoona at SM Angono and availed the promo from Metrodeal. Instead of paying Php 200.00 for 1 hour, I only paid Php 140.00. The promo ends on November 30, 2015. Click HERE for the link.

Kidzoona is an indoor playground for children. It is operated by Aeon Fantasy Group, a Japan-based company. It is open to children 12 years and below. They based the concept on Karada (Physical Health) and Kokoro (Intellectual and Emotional Health). They have an area for puzzles, trains and pretend play which is divided into several sections. There’s a supermarket, fire department, flower shop, sushi bar, hospital, ice cream shop, etc.

My baby enjoyed the huge ball pool, hospital and fire department most.

You can also try the zorb ball area and run like a hamster.

RATES:
1 hour - Php 200.00
3 hours - Php 400.00
Extra guardian - Php 100.00

PROS
1. Free water for the kids and guardian
2. 1 companion is free of charge
3. Staffs in the play area keeps the place organized and clean
4. With secured locker for your stuff
5. Plenty of couch for parents and guardians to sit in

CONS
1. I hope staff would be strict on violent kids. A 7-year-old boy keeps on throwing balls on our side and there’s no one watching over him.

TIPS
1. Bring socks for you and your kid. You can also buy at the counter in case you forgot to bring one.
2. Go on weekdays so the kids can really enjoy the play area.
3. Bring extra clothes, towel and wet wipes

Conclusion:
Overall, the experience was great. The area is spacious and there are a lot of toys and activities for the kids. Will definitely come back but most likely on Weekdays.
